EquInnoLab. organizes a clinic about lunging your horse at Dressage Stable Schreven. Well known expert Elbert Koelewijn will teach us the ins and outs of lunging your horse in this two hour clinic.
Training to lunge, this is how you do that! Is the name of the event. In this interactive clinic mr. Koelewijn will explain the theory and practice in three separate parts of the clinic.
Being able to train well at the lunge is the foundation of good horse training. In the first part Elbert teaches us the basics of training a young horse to lunge. Which aids should you use? Which bridle is best? How do you make the best start?
In the second part Elbert teaches us lunging with two lines. This way you can learn how to better train your more experienced horse!
In the last part of the clinic we will elaborate on how you should train your horse keeping the needs of the rider and horse in mind. Is your horse scared easily? Is he stronger on one side? Than this part is really interesting for you!
